Web design and development, brand identity, and graphic design, as described on the Services page. Prices shown include VAT. They are an indication: the final quote depends on the brief.
How a contract is formed
This site is not an e-commerce checkout. Sending the form or booking a call is a request, not an order.
A contract is formed only after a written quote that you accept in writing (email is enough). Scope, timeline, and fee are those in the accepted quote.
Governing law
Italian law applies. For consumer clients, the court of the consumer’s residence has jurisdiction. For professionals, the court of Modena has jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.
